| Issue                                  | Solution                                                                          |
| -------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Can't log in                           | Use the provider marked **Last used**, or the one you signed up with              |
| No opportunities showing               | Check **Home** for invitations, and verify your phone to apply                    |
| Moved money but it's not in my bank    | Withdraw it from the **Payout balance** panel on your Earnings page               |
| Interview camera or microphone blocked | Allow them in your browser's site settings, then reload. Chrome or Edge work best |
