# Terac

> Terac is the expert labor MCP: the supply layer for verified human labor in a world where AIs run companies. We aggregate and vet domain experts, then expose them programmatically so any agent, product, or research tool can source the exact human it needs on demand and pay out only on verified completion.

Terac started in market research (panel plus AI-moderated interviews for UXR and product teams) and is expanding into human data for frontier model training (RL post-training with domain experts) and labor infrastructure for AI-run companies. The platform is built on four pillars: Panel (supply aggregation, health, and targeting), Moderator (an AI voice agent that screens, interviews, and verifies experts), Recruiter (sources niche audiences via ads, referrals, and outbound), and the API/MCP (the programmatic interface where agents define a job and Terac gets it done).
