Creative Professionals: Moodboard Evaluation Task
You'll start with a short screening interview
We're running a paid study on visual curation and the differences between human-generated and automated design outputs. Our goal is to understand if creative professionals can reliably distinguish between a moodboard assembled by a person versus one generated programmatically. This research helps us map the nuances of human creativity and visual storytelling.
During this remote task, you will be shown several digital moodboards side by side. You will carefully examine each collection and select the board you believe was crafted by a human designer. After making your selections, you will briefly note the visual cues and layout choices that influenced your decisions. The entire session is completed asynchronously on your own computer.
We welcome graphic designers, art directors, brand strategists, and digital illustrators with a strong eye for visual narrative. You should have practical experience building or interpreting moodboards in a professional environment. We are looking for individuals who can critically analyze layout, color cohesion, and thematic choices without needing extensive direction.
