Now you can talk to any of them.
Welcome to Terac. Terac is the "rent a human" MCP. It's the supply layer for human labor in a world where AIs run companies and need to call on people on demand.
We started Terac because, as agent-run companies emerge, they won't need employees, but they will still need people. Today, humans do most of the world's work with the help of AI. Soon, AI will do most of the work with the help of humans. The bottleneck won't be code or capital, but access to the right human at the right moment.
That's the problem we exist to fix. We've built a panel of verified experts (doctors, engineers, lawyers, operators, parents, hobbyists) along with an AI moderator that can screen, interview, and verify any of them on demand. Companies integrate via API to source the exact human they need, route the work, and pay out automatically on verified completion.
What that lets you actually do:
- "Find every cardiologist who has prescribed a GLP-1 in the past 90 days, and ask them why."
- "Hire 100 Solidity engineers to label adversarial smart-contract examples for a frontier model."
- "Source 200 SMB owners in the EU and interview them about how they're handling the new VAT rules."
Real human labor, on demand. No vendor outreach, no scheduling, no incentive overhead. Just the right person, doing the work, with the result returned to your agent or your team.
We think this is a generational shift. Jobs have been getting shorter for centuries: stone-age hunting was lifelong, the factory was thirty years, Uber is a single ride. As agents take on more of the world's work, the marketplace that pairs them with humans for the parts they can't do themselves will become infrastructure: Stripe-level infrastructure for human capability.
Building this is hard. It requires deep work in panel quality, voice moderation, conversational analysis, marketplace dynamics, and trust. We've raised $9M from Emergence, SignalFire, Audacious, and Z Fellows, and we're building toward what comes next: the default interface between AI systems and human expertise. We're just getting started.
If you care about how the world's work gets done, as a customer, a panelist, or someone who wants to help us build it, we'd love to talk.
The fastest feedback loop on Earth
We've built a verified expert panel and an AI moderator that runs hundreds of structured voice interviews in parallel. Questions go in; transcripts, themes, and verbatims come out in hours, not weeks.
Every interview is structured into clean data the moment it ends. Every loop teaches us who's good at what.
A prediction engine for human labor
Every interview is training data. With enough loops across enough domains, we can predict, before a request even lands, who in the world will give the best answer or do the best work.
The feedback engine becomes a routing engine. The panel becomes a marketplace.
The MCP for AI-run companies
As agent-run companies emerge, they won't need employees, but they will still need people. Terac becomes the default API call for any AI system that needs to source, hire, verify, or pay a human.

German builds the ads systems behind Terac's recruitment, from creative generation to spend routing across channels, so the right experts see the right study at the right time.

Nicolas builds the trust and quality systems on the engineering side: identity, attestations, and the verification flows that make our experts truly verified, not just signed up.
