Remote Professionals: Feedback on Task Management Workflows

We're running a paid study on task management tools used by remote teams. This research will help us streamline digital workspaces and reduce friction in daily planning. We want to understand how different roles track their ongoing projects and daily deliverables.

You will join a remote video call with our team. We will ask you to walk us through your current method for tracking daily tasks. Then, we will show you early prototypes of a new planning tool. You will share your screen and provide immediate reactions to the design choices.

We welcome project managers, software engineers, designers, and operations specialists who work primarily in distributed teams. The ideal candidate has experience balancing multiple projects across different software platforms. We are looking for people who can clearly articulate their day-to-day operational challenges.
