  3. 3They sign up, qualify for the opportunity, and complete it
  4. 4You earn a commission automatically — deposited instantly
No. You just need to know someone who is. Each opportunity is looking for a specific type of person. If you know someone who fits — a friend who works in insurance, a colleague in product management, a family member in healthcare — you can refer them. You earn the commission, they earn the opportunity payout.
A successful referral is when the person you referred qualifies for the opportunity, completes it, and gets approved. Once they’re approved, your commission is deposited immediately — no waiting period, no invoicing.
Commission varies by opportunity and is shown on each opportunity page. Most commissions range from $4 to over $50 per successful referral. The higher the opportunity payout, the more you earn.
