Introducing Office Hours for Experts with the Terac Team
I started Terac with a simple belief: the best platforms are built alongside the people who use them.
Our experts are not just users. They are the foundation of everything we do. Every study completed, every insight delivered, every researcher who comes back to Terac does so because of the quality and reliability of the people on our platform. That is not something we take lightly.
Why Office Hours?
As we have grown, I have felt a widening gap between us and the experts who make this platform work. Support tickets and help docs are fine for solving problems, but they are not enough for building real relationships. I wanted to create a space where any expert can show up, talk to us directly, and be heard.
Starting this week, we are hosting Office Hours for Experts every Tuesday and Thursday at two times:
- 10:00 - 11:00 AM EST (for those in the Americas, Europe, and Africa)
- 9:00 - 10:00 PM EST (for those in Asia, Australia, and the Pacific)
We picked two time slots to make sure experts around the world have a realistic window to join. No matter where you are, one of these should work for you.
What to Expect
Office hours are casual, open conversations. There is no agenda. You can:
- Ask questions about the platform, upcoming features, or how things work behind the scenes.
- Share feedback on your experience, whether it is something that frustrated you or something you loved.
- Suggest ideas for features, improvements, or new types of opportunities you would like to see.
- Just say hello and meet the team building the product you use.
I will be hosting these sessions personally, along with members of our team. This is not a support queue. It is a conversation.
You Built This Platform
I want to be direct about something: Terac does not work without its experts. The researchers who use our platform trust it because of you. The data quality, the reliability, the professionalism you bring to every study is what sets us apart. That deserves more than a thank-you email.
Office hours are one small way we can show that we mean it when we say we value our experts. We want to hear what is working, what is not, and where we should be headed next. The best ideas we have shipped came from expert feedback, and we want more of it.
