Finance and Accounting Professionals: Workflow Recording for AI Training

We're running a paid study on daily finance and accounting workflows to help improve AI models. Understanding how professionals navigate complex financial software allows us to build better assistive tools for the industry. This research captures the practical steps required to complete standard accounting tasks in real-world environments.

You will participate in a remote session where you share your screen from your desktop. We will ask you to demonstrate your typical workflows in web-based financial tools like Stripe, NetSuite, or Salesforce. As you navigate the software, you will explain your decision-making process and the specific steps you take to complete common tasks. This process captures both the visual interface interactions and your verbal commentary on the workflow.

We are looking for experienced finance and accounting professionals who work with enterprise financial software daily. We welcome accountants, controllers, financial analysts, and accounting managers. You should be highly familiar with web-based platforms like Salesforce, Stripe, or NetSuite and comfortable talking through your daily operational workflows.

• Active professional in finance or accounting
• Daily experience using enterprise financial tools (Stripe, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar)
• Comfortable sharing your screen and speaking aloud during a remote session

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
