What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on how professionals organize their daily workflows and prioritize tasks. Your feedback directly informs the design of a new digital workspace tool. We want to understand where current tools create friction and how our proposed layout might solve those pain points.

How It Works

You will join a remote video call and share your screen while navigating a clickable prototype. We will ask you to complete a set of common organizational tasks, like creating a project board and assigning deadlines. As you work through the interface, you will think aloud and explain your navigation choices. The session concludes with a brief discussion about your overall impressions.

Who This Is For

We are looking for full-time professionals who regularly manage multiple projects or team deliverables. We welcome project managers, operations specialists, administrative staff, and team leads. Candidates should be comfortable discussing their daily software habits and evaluating new digital tools.

What You'll Do
  • Navigate a clickable prototype during a screen-share session.
  • Complete a series of common task management actions.
  • Think aloud to explain your thought process and navigation choices.
  • Provide honest feedback on the clarity and layout of the interface.
Who Should Apply
  • Currently employed in a full-time professional role.
  • Regularly use software to track tasks, projects, or team deadlines.
  • Comfortable joining a remote video call and sharing your screen.
  • Willing to provide candid, constructive feedback on software design.
Contract & Payment Terms
  • You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
  • This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
  • Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
  • Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
  • Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
  • We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
