Software Quality Assurance Testers: Platform Usability Interview

We are running a paid study on platform usability and user experience flows. This research directly informs how we structure the interface for professional testing environments. Your feedback helps us identify friction points in the core navigation.

You will participate in a remote video session with our research team. During the call, you will share your screen and navigate through several prototype workflows. We will ask you to narrate your thought process as you complete two to three sample tasks. Finally, you will answer a few wrap-up questions about the overall experience.

We are looking for experienced software testers who evaluate digital products daily. We welcome QA engineers, manual testers, automation specialists, and user acceptance testing professionals. You should be comfortable speaking openly about software design choices.

• Navigate through a prototype software environment on a remote call.
• Share your screen and narrate your thought process aloud.
• Complete two to three sample tasks using the provided interface.
• Provide candid feedback on the overall user experience.

• Active professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Familiarity with standard software evaluation methodologies.
• Comfortable sharing your screen during a remote video session.
• Strong ability to articulate technical feedback clearly.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
