Insurance Adjusters and Underwriters: Day-to-Day Workflows
You'll start with a short screening interview
We're running a paid study on the day-to-day operational realities of processing insurance policies and claims. Understanding these ground-level workflows helps us build better systems that actually match how industry professionals operate. We are looking for direct insights into the friction points and standard procedures that define this work.
During this 60-minute remote session, you will join a video call to walk us through your typical daily tasks. You will be asked to describe your core responsibilities and the sequence of steps you take to process a claim or underwrite a policy. We will also ask you to share your screen to demonstrate how you navigate your primary workflow tools. The conversation will focus on practical, hands-on examples from your recent professional experience.
We are hiring experienced professionals currently working in frontline insurance roles. We welcome both claims adjusters handling live case files and underwriters responsible for evaluating policy risks.
