Platform Experts: Feedback on the User Experience

We're running a paid study on the day-to-day experience of experts using our research platform. Our goal is to gather direct feedback on recent product updates and identify areas where we can reduce friction. Your insights will go straight to the product team building the tools you use every day.

You will join a 15-minute remote video call with our product team. During the session, we will ask about your recent experiences navigating the platform and completing tasks. You will also have the opportunity to share open-ended feedback on what features would make your work easier. The conversation is entirely discussion-based, with no screen-sharing or preparation required.

We are looking for active participants and experts who regularly use our platform to complete research studies. Ideal candidates are comfortable providing constructive, candid feedback about software workflows. We welcome users across all professional backgrounds and specialties to share their unique perspectives.

• Familiar with finding, applying for, and completing paid studies
• Comfortable providing candid, constructive feedback on software products
• Able to join a brief video call from a quiet environment

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
