HVAC Professionals: Residential Heating and Cooling Systems

We're running a paid study on residential heating and cooling systems to evaluate how equipment selection decisions are made in the field. This research feeds directly into mapping brand usage and current market preferences for residential climate control. The insights gathered will help clarify the practical factors driving equipment choices for homes today.

You will complete a 25-minute remote interview directly following a brief qualification screener. During the session, you will answer questions about your experience installing and servicing residential heating and cooling units. We will ask you to walk through your equipment selection process and detail your current brand usage. Please ensure you have 30 uninterrupted minutes available to complete the flow from start to finish.

We welcome experienced HVAC technicians, residential HVAC contractors, and installation specialists. You should have hands-on experience selecting or recommending heating and cooling equipment for residential properties. Familiarity with various industry brands and current market options is required to provide the necessary context.
