Software Engineers: Paid Coding Tasks for AI Training

We are running a paid study on long-horizon coding tasks to advance the capabilities of artificial intelligence. Your work will directly feed into the training processes for next-generation AI models, helping them understand complex programming logic. We need skilled developers to provide high-quality code and problem-solving strategies that push the boundaries of current machine learning systems.
You will log into a remote platform to tackle intricate, multi-step programming challenges. Each session requires you to write original code, debug existing scripts, and document your technical decision-making process. You will be presented with a variety of architectural problems and asked to construct robust solutions from the ground up. The flow is entirely asynchronous, allowing you to complete the assigned technical modules at your own pace within the project timeline.
We are hiring experienced software engineers, backend developers, and full-stack programmers with a strong grasp of software architecture. We welcome general software developers, systems engineers, data engineers, and technical leads who are comfortable writing production-level code. If you have a solid foundation in computer science and enjoy solving complex algorithmic puzzles, you are a great fit for this project.
