QuickBooks Users: Walkthrough of a Complex Workflow
You'll start with a short screening interview
We're running a paid study on how financial professionals navigate complex tasks within accounting platforms. This research helps us understand the typical friction points users encounter during advanced software operations. By observing real interactions, we aim to identify clear opportunities for improving interface design and task efficiency.
You will participate in a 60-minute remote interview conducted over a video call. During the session, you will share your screen and walk us through a specific set of complex QuickBooks workflows in a provided simulated environment. We will ask you to explain your thought process and decision-making as you navigate the interface. Your direct feedback on the layout and functionality will actively guide our usability evaluation.
We welcome bookkeepers, accountants, financial controllers, and other regular QuickBooks users to apply for this opportunity. You should have practical experience managing complex financial data and navigating advanced software features. Candidates must be completely comfortable sharing their screen and articulating their workflow steps aloud during a live conversation.
