Think-Aloud Study: Business Banking

We're inviting business financial decision-makers to contribute to the development of an innovative business banking solution. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the user experience of tools vital to businesses.

During this session, you will engage with an interactive prototype through a guided think-aloud process. This involves verbalizing your thoughts, reactions, and decision-making process as you complete specific tasks within the prototype. Your candid feedback is invaluable for identifying areas of improvement and ensuring the new design is intuitive and effective for real-world business needs.

Your participation will help us understand user behavior and preferences, allowing us to refine the product before its launch. We are looking for insights that will make business banking more seamless and user-friendly. The session is designed to be straightforward and will only take approximately 8 minutes.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
