Consumers: 10-Minute Feedback on Digital Tasks

We're running a paid study on user experiences with everyday digital tasks. The goal of this research is to understand how people navigate short workflows and answer related questions. Your feedback will directly influence how we design and present these tasks in the future.

You will complete a 10-minute remote session where you will be guided through a few small tasks. Along the way, you will answer a series of questions about your experience and the choices you made. We will ask you to share your thoughts openly and describe any friction you encounter. The entire process is straightforward and designed to capture your honest reactions.

We welcome general consumers and platform users who are comfortable providing candid feedback. You should be willing to articulate your thoughts clearly as you work through short assignments. No specialized technical background is required, as we are looking for everyday perspectives.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
