General Public: Feedback on Community Issues
You'll start with a short screening interview
We're running a paid study on how communities perceive and prioritize local infrastructure issues. Understanding which problems matter most to residents helps improve how these reports are handled. Your feedback will directly inform how neighborhood complaints are categorized and addressed.
You will complete a brief, independent rating task on your computer or mobile device. We will show you two short summaries of problems reported by residents, such as broken streetlights or missing bike lanes. For each summary, you will rate how important the issue is and how easily it can be fixed. The entire process takes about 10 minutes to complete.
We welcome participants from the general public with no specialized knowledge required. This study is open to anyone who lives in a neighborhood and has opinions on community infrastructure. We are looking for everyday residents who can provide straightforward, honest ratings.
