E-Commerce Shoppers: Usability Test of a Coffee Checkout Flow
You'll start with a short screening interview
We are running a paid study on the end-to-end purchasing experience for an e-commerce coffee retailer. We want to validate the critical user journey from browsing the catalog to order confirmation. This feedback directly helps identify friction points and confusing steps in the digital storefront.
You will start by visiting the online store to browse the available coffee catalog. Next, you will select a product, choose your preferred weight and grind, and add the item to your cart. You will then proceed through the checkout form without submitting a real payment. Finally, you will report back on any bugs, unclear pricing, or shipping information issues you encountered along the way.
We welcome frequent online shoppers who are comfortable navigating e-commerce platforms and providing usability feedback. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to clearly articulate confusing steps in a digital workflow. We welcome general consumers, coffee enthusiasts, and regular online buyers.
