You will participate in a 20-minute, AI-moderated video interview. During the session, you will answer questions about your recent experiences selecting lighting suppliers for commercial or industrial projects. The AI moderator will guide you through prompts about brand perception, selection criteria, and pain points in the procurement process. You will speak naturally to the camera, detailing your workflow and decision-making habits.

We are seeking professionals who actively participate in commercial or industrial lighting decisions. We welcome procurement specialists, facility managers, electrical contractors, and lighting designers. Ideal candidates have recent, hands-on experience evaluating lighting brands and selecting suppliers for large-scale projects.
