Business Owners: Feedback on Document Drafting Workflows

We're running a paid study on the day-to-day document drafting workflows used by small business operators. We want to understand how early-stage teams structure their internal knowledge and external agreements. Your feedback will help us identify common friction points in standard business tooling.

During a remote video call, you will walk us through your typical process for drafting business documents. We will ask you to share your screen and demonstrate the tools you rely on for collaboration and version control. You will also review two early design concepts for a new document management interface and provide immediate feedback. The entire session will take about 45 to 60 minutes to complete.

We are looking for active small business owners, startup founders, and operational leads who handle drafting contracts or internal policies. You should have direct experience managing business documents within the last six months. We welcome solo founders, co-founders, and early operations hires who actively build company processes.

• Demonstrate the primary software tools you use for drafting and collaboration

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
