Fractional Designers: Hands-On Design Work and Creative Review

We're hiring fractional designers to contribute hands-on design work across a variety of flexible projects. This initiative helps us build a scalable approach to rapid design iteration and execution. Your contributions directly influence how we structure and deliver creative assets in agile environments.

You will receive specific design briefs to execute asynchronously on your own schedule. After submitting your work, you will participate in an AI-moderated session to walk through your creative decisions. During this session, you will screen-share your working files to explain your layer organization and layout choices. Finally, you will provide feedback on the clarity of the initial briefs and the overall workflow.

We are looking for versatile designers comfortable stepping into projects on a fractional, flexible basis. We welcome UI designers, UX specialists, visual designers, and generalist product designers. Strong candidates have a proven track record of delivering high-quality assets independently and can articulate their creative process clearly.

• Execute hands-on design tasks based on provided project briefs
• Walk us through your creative process and layout decisions
• Share your screen to demonstrate how you organize files and layers
• Provide actionable feedback on the clarity of project requirements

• Active professional experience in digital product or visual design
• Comfortable working independently on a flexible, fractional schedule
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and creative strategy
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
