General Users: Usability Testing for DMV Scenarios

We are running a paid study on how people navigate common Department of Motor Vehicles scenarios online. Getting reliable guidance for these administrative tasks is often frustrating and confusing. This research aims to understand user trust and identify areas where instructions fall short.

You will walk through a series of representative DMV scenarios using our current experience. During the session, you will report whether you reached the correct next step and how much you trusted the provided guidance. We will ask you to highlight any moments of hesitation and suggest what should change to make the process smoother. Please note that you will not enter any real personal data during this test.

We welcome everyday users who have experience or expect to navigate standard motor vehicle administrative tasks. You should be comfortable providing direct feedback on digital guidance and instructions. Participants from all professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
