Unmoderated Task: B2B Product Feedback

We are inviting experienced B2B professionals to participate in an unmoderated research opportunity. This is your chance to provide valuable feedback on new concepts and features, influencing product development in a way that truly matters to your industry.

During this session, you will engage with a series of questions and complete short tasks at your own pace. The core of this research involves you thinking aloud, verbalizing your thoughts, reactions, and ideas as you navigate through the activities. This direct and unfiltered feedback is incredibly important for us to understand real-world user experiences and perspectives.

Your unique perspective as an industry expert is crucial. We are seeking honest, detailed feedback on what works well, what could be improved, and any innovative suggestions you may have. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to products and services that cater to the needs of professionals like yourself, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and truly beneficial.

• Answer questions to share your professional insights and experiences.
• Complete a series of short, interactive tasks on your desktop computer.
• Talk aloud, verbalizing your thoughts, reactions, and ideas throughout the session.
• Share your screen during the task completion for comprehensive feedback.

• Be based in the United States and fluent in English.
• Currently employed full-time in a leadership or specialized individual contributor role (e.g., Director, Senior Manager, Software Engineer, Product Manager, Researcher).
• Work in one of the following industries: Aviation, Manufacturing, Medical, Healthcare, Military, Nuclear Power, Oil & Gas, Product Development, Utilities, Consulting, Engineering, Pharmaceutical/Bio-Tech.
• Work at a company with 50 or more employees and identify as an active buyer in your professional capacity.
• Access to a desktop computer with a functioning microphone and the ability to share your screen.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
