Healthcare Admin Staff: Survey on Payer Interactions

We're running a paid study on the administrative workflows that keep healthcare provider organizations running. We want to understand the friction points in day-to-day operations and payer interactions. Your input will help identify areas where administrative tools can be streamlined.

You will complete an asynchronous remote survey detailing your day-to-day administrative tasks. We will ask you to walk through your typical responsibilities and how you support your organization's operations. You will also react to different scenarios involving payer interactions and describe any current workflow challenges you face. The entire process is conducted online and allows you to share your experiences directly.

We welcome healthcare administrative professionals who work directly for provider organizations. We are looking for staff with hands-on experience in day-to-day administrative operations and payer interactions. If you support your organization's operational or administrative workflows, this study is a great fit,

• Detail your daily workflows involving payer interactions
• Evaluate current administrative workflows used in your organization
• Describe your day-to-day administrative responsibilities
• Identify common challenges and friction points in your daily administrative operations

• Currently employed at a healthcare provider organization
• Direct involvement in payer interactions and administrative workflows
• Comfortable providing detailed written feedback in an online survey
• Hands-on familiarity with your organization's administrative and payer-facing operations

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
