Healthcare Administrators: Payer Interaction Workflow Survey

We're running a paid study on the day-to-day realities of payer interactions in healthcare practices. Our goal is to understand the administrative friction points involved in credentialing, contracting, and prior authorizations. Your input will help us evaluate current workflow challenges and identify areas for operational improvement.

You will complete an asynchronous, remote survey detailing your practice's administrative workflows. The survey will ask you to walk through your standard processes for handling claims and interacting with payers. You will react to specific workflow scenarios and estimate the time spent on various administrative tasks. The entire process is conducted online and can be completed at your convenience.

We welcome practice managers, billing specialists, and healthcare administrators who handle payer interactions. You should have direct experience managing contracting, credentialing, or claims for a provider organization. Professionals working in small to mid-sized practices are highly encouraged to apply.
