Accounts Payable Specialists: Interview on Invoice Processing Workflows

We're running a paid study on accounts payable workflows and supplier tax compliance. We want to understand how finance teams handle edge cases, such as missing tax records during invoice processing. Your expertise will help us evaluate the clarity and efficiency of standard financial resolution processes.

During this remote session, you will review several simulated billing scenarios. For example, you might be shown an invoice from a supplier with missing tax documentation and asked how you would proceed. You will explain whether you would pay, reject, or flag the invoice for further review. We will ask you to think aloud and describe the specific compliance steps you follow in these situations.

We are looking for accounts payable specialists, finance operations managers, and bookkeepers who handle daily invoice approvals. You should have hands-on experience managing supplier records and verifying tax compliance before issuing payments. We welcome professionals from any industry who manage high-volume corporate billing.

• Review simulated supplier invoices and billing scenarios
• Explain your decision-making process for approving, rejecting, or flagging payments

• Walk us through your typical accounts payable resolution workflow

• Professional experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or bookkeeping
• Hands-on experience processing supplier invoices and verifying tax documentation
• Comfortable discussing compliance rules for corporate payments
• Ability to clearly explain financial decision-making on a remote call

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
