UK Banking Preferences Study

We're inviting residents of the United Kingdom to participate in an important study exploring banking preferences and financial decision-making. Your valuable input will help us understand consumer needs and improve how financial services are designed and delivered.

During this approximately 30-minute session, you will be guided through a series of tasks related to common banking scenarios. You'll be asked to answer questions and, crucially, to 'think aloud' as you navigate these tasks. This means verbalizing your thoughts, reactions, and decision-making processes in real-time. We are looking for genuine, unfiltered feedback on your experiences and preferences.

Your feedback is essential for understanding how individuals interact with banking services and make financial choices. By sharing your perspective, you'll contribute directly to the development of more intuitive and user-centric financial products and services that truly meet the needs of UK consumers.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reside permanently in the United Kingdom.
• Proficient in spoken English.
• Have access to a desktop computer for the session.
• Be willing to share your screen and use a microphone throughout the study.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
