Senior Investment Bankers (India): M&A and Financial Modeling

We are running a paid remote study on M&A valuation techniques and financial modeling workflows. This research helps us understand how senior practitioners build and evaluate complex financial models in the current market. The insights will inform industry standards for banking analysis.

Over the course of a one-month project, you will participate in remote voice or text sessions to discuss your valuation strategies. You will review sample M&A scenarios and provide structured feedback on the modeling approaches used. We will ask you to walk through how you handle specific valuation challenges and stress-test assumptions. The entire process takes place online through our research platform.

We are looking for senior investment banking professionals based in India with deep expertise in M&A. We welcome current senior bankers, recently transitioned ex-bankers, and specialized valuation experts. Qualified candidates should have extensive hands-on experience building and reviewing financial models.

• Review and react to sample M&A scenarios and financial models.

• Current or former senior investment banking professional based in India.
• Extensive experience with M&A, valuation, and financial modeling.
• Comfortable discussing detailed financial analysis workflows.
• Available for a short-term remote project.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
