General Consumers: Feedback on Digital Product Experiences

You'll start with a short screening interview

What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on digital product usability to understand how people navigate common tasks. The goal is to identify points of friction and gather direct feedback on new design concepts. Your input directly influences how these digital experiences are built and refined.

How It Works

You will join a remote, AI-moderated session from your computer or smartphone. During the session, you will be guided through a series of simple tasks and asked to navigate specific screens. We will ask you to share your thoughts out loud as you interact with the digital interface. Finally, you will answer a few wrap-up questions about your overall experience and satisfaction.

Who This Is For

We are looking for everyday consumers who regularly use apps and websites to manage their daily tasks. We welcome a wide variety of backgrounds, as long as you are comfortable sharing your screen and speaking your thoughts aloud. Anyone who enjoys trying out new digital tools and providing constructive feedback is encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
  • Complete a series of guided tasks within a digital interface
  • Share your honest reactions and thoughts openly during the session
  • Answer questions about your experience and ease of use
  • Navigate through early design concepts and provide constructive feedback
Who Should Apply
  • Regular user of web or mobile applications
  • Comfortable speaking your thoughts aloud while navigating a screen
  • Ability to join a remote video or voice session
  • Willingness to provide honest, clear feedback on product features
Contract & Payment Terms
  • You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
  • This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
  • Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
  • Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
  • Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
  • We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
