Consumers: Feedback on Digital Experiences
You'll start with a short screening interview
We're running a paid study to evaluate new digital concepts and gather general user opinions. The feedback we collect helps shape the direction of future products and services. We want to understand how you approach everyday tasks and what matters most to you in an online experience.
You will participate in a remote 45-minute session containing a mix of structured questions and small activities. We will ask you to review a few concepts and provide your candid reactions to them. You will have the opportunity to share your thoughts openly and explain the reasoning behind your choices. The entire process takes place online and allows you to walk through the tasks smoothly.
We welcome general consumers and internet users from a wide variety of backgrounds. You should be comfortable navigating online tasks and clearly articulating your preferences. Anyone who regularly uses digital products and enjoys sharing their opinions is encouraged to participate.
