General Users: Paid Feedback on Digital Tasks

We're running a paid study on how people navigate everyday digital interfaces and complete standard tasks online. The goal is to gather baseline feedback on usability and clarity across various interactive elements. Your input directly informs how these digital experiences are designed for general audiences.

You will complete a set of guided questions and small interactive tasks on your own device. During the session, you will review several digital concepts and explain your thought process out loud. We will ask you to share your experiences openly and highlight any areas of confusion. The entire process takes place remotely through our platform.

We welcome everyday consumers from all professional backgrounds who regularly use web and mobile applications. You should be comfortable navigating new digital interfaces and articulating your opinions clearly. We welcome students, working professionals, and retirees alike.

• Complete a series of brief interactive tasks on your computer or mobile device
• Answer guided questions about your experience navigating the interface
• Share honest feedback on what works well and what feels confusing
• Explain your thought process openly while reviewing digital concepts

• Regular user of standard web and mobile applications
• Comfortable sharing opinions and feedback openly in a remote setting
• Ability to articulate thought processes clearly while completing tasks

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
