Terac Users: Feedback on Your Platform Experience

We're running a paid study on user experiences within the Terac platform. Our goal is to understand what works well for our community and where we can remove friction. Your insights directly inform our upcoming product updates and feature designs.

You will join a relaxed 15-minute video call with our product team. During the session, we will ask you a few questions about your recent activity and overall satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to walk us through a typical task you perform and point out any challenges. The conversation is unstructured and designed to capture your candid feedback.

We are looking for active platform users who have recently completed tasks or interacted with our tools. We welcome both recent sign-ups and long-term participants who can speak to their entire user journey. You should be comfortable chatting openly on camera about your workflow and preferences.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payment is issued as soon as your work is approved.
