AI Engineers: Intro Call for Open-Source Agent Cookbook

We're hiring AI engineers to help shape a public, open-source GitHub cookbook from the ground up. This repository will showcase working examples of how developers can build AI agents that recruit, interview, and manage human workers. Your expertise will guide developers in creating robust pipelines for data annotation, QA testing, and task review.

You will start by booking a short remote video call with our team. During this conversation, we will discuss your background in building AI agents and review your technical experience. We will then explore how you might contribute working examples to the cookbook repository. After the call, we will share a detailed proposal outlining potential ways you can collaborate on the project.

We welcome software engineers, AI developers, and technical founders who actively build with AI agents. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing agentic workflows, integrating APIs, or managing human-in-the-loop systems. We welcome AI researchers, backend engineers, full-stack developers, and open-source contributors with relevant technical backgrounds.
