Platform Experts: Feedback on the User Experience

We're running a paid study on the platform experience to understand how our experts interact with the system day-to-day. Your direct feedback helps us identify friction points and prioritize upcoming product features. We rely on these insights to continuously improve the platform for our entire expert community.

You will join a 15-minute remote video call with our product team. During the session, we will walk you through several areas of the platform and ask about your recent experiences. You will be asked to share what works well, what feels confusing, and how you typically navigate your dashboard. The conversation will be relaxed and entirely focused on your honest opinions.

We welcome current platform experts who actively participate in research opportunities. You should be familiar with navigating the platform and comfortable sharing constructive feedback over a video call. Whether you are relatively new or have been on the platform for months, your perspective is highly valuable to us.

• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
