Personal Trainers: Paid Study on Home Equipment Workflows

We're running a paid study on home training equipment selection and coaching methodology. We want to understand how fitness professionals assess client constraints, specifically for apartment living, and build effective equipment lists. This research will help evaluate current best practices in remote personal training and at-home fitness setups.

You will deliver a written home training equipment methodology guide of roughly 4,000 words. Alongside the written guide, you will record a 30-45 minute narrated screen capture demonstrating a live equipment selection workflow for a specific apartment client scenario. During the recording, you will explain your rationale as you navigate various options and constraints. The entire process is conducted asynchronously and submitted remotely.

We welcome practicing personal trainers, remote fitness coaches, and strength and conditioning specialists. The ideal participant has experience designing customized at-home workout programs for clients with limited space. You should be comfortable writing detailed methodology documentation and recording your screen while talking through your decision-making process.

• Active personal trainer or fitness coach
• Experience designing at-home or limited-space workout programs for clients
• Comfortable producing a long-form written methodology document
• Capable of recording a clear narrated screen capture from your desktop

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
