General Consumers: Feedback on a New Offer Page

We're running a paid study on how users interact with a new offer and landing page. Understanding first impressions and navigation flow helps us ensure the layout is intuitive and the messaging is clear. Your immediate reactions will directly influence the final design decisions before the page is finalized.

You will participate in a short, unmoderated session lasting approximately 10 to 12 minutes. During the study, you will be shown a specific offer page and asked to explore it just as you would normally. We will ask you to think out loud, sharing your thoughts and immediate impressions as you scroll through the content. Finally, you will provide a brief summary of your overall experience and understanding of the offer.

We are looking for everyday internet users who are comfortable providing candid, real-time feedback. You do not need any specialized technical or marketing background to participate in this study. We welcome anyone who can articulate their thoughts clearly while navigating a standard consumer website.

• Review a new offer page during a 10 to 12-minute remote session
• Navigate through the website naturally while exploring the provided content
• Think out loud to share your immediate, honest reactions to the layout and messaging
• Provide constructive feedback on what works well and what feels confusing

• Everyday consumer comfortable browsing websites and evaluating online offers
• Ability to think out loud and clearly articulate your thoughts in real-time
• Willingness to provide honest, unfiltered feedback on digital designs
• Access to a reliable device with a working microphone for audio recording

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
