We're running a paid study on the operational realities and strategic challenges of modern air freight. Understanding how professionals navigate capacity constraints, routing decisions, and pricing models helps us map the current state of global logistics. Your insights will directly inform our broader understanding of supply chain efficiency.

You will join a 60-minute remote video interview with one of our moderators. During the session, we will ask you to walk through your recent experiences managing or interacting with air freight services. You will answer questions about your decision-making processes, common operational bottlenecks, and vendor relationships. The conversation is entirely verbal, with no screen-sharing or preparation required beforehand.

We are looking for supply chain and logistics professionals who actively work with air freight. We welcome freight forwarders, logistics managers, supply chain directors, and procurement specialists. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience booking, managing, or overseeing air cargo shipments within their organization.
