Consumers: Feedback on a Digital Experience

We're running a paid study on how people navigate common digital tools and complete everyday online tasks. Your input directly influences how we design user interfaces for clarity and ease of use. This research helps us understand the typical pain points users encounter in modern digital environments.

You will participate in a remote usability session where we will guide you through a series of simple tasks. During the call, you will interact with digital prototypes and answer questions about your experience. We will ask you to share your screen and narrate your thought process as you navigate the interface. You will also have the opportunity to share open-ended feedback about what works well and what could be improved.

We welcome general consumers who regularly use everyday digital tools and websites. You should be comfortable speaking openly about your experiences and providing constructive feedback on usability. We welcome participants from all professional backgrounds and technical skill levels.

• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
