Commercial Fleet Managers: Interview on Ecosystem Operations

We are running a paid study on the operational realities of managing commercial vehicle fleets today. Understanding the logistics, maintenance schedules, and broader ecosystem challenges is critical to improving fleet management tools. Your firsthand experience helps us identify pain points and evaluate emerging solutions in the commercial transport sector.

You will participate in a remote video interview to walk us through your typical workflow and decision-making processes. We will ask you to describe how you handle vehicle acquisition, maintenance tracking, and route optimization. You will also react to a few conceptual ideas for new fleet management features and share your honest feedback. The conversation flows as a guided but open discussion about your professional experience.

We are looking for active commercial fleet managers who oversee vehicle operations and logistics. We welcome fleet directors, logistics coordinators, maintenance supervisors, and transportation managers who handle commercial vehicles daily. Candidates should have direct experience navigating the broader fleet ecosystem, including vendors, compliance, and driver coordination.
