We're running a paid study on advanced accounting tool usage to better understand how power users navigate complex financial tasks. By observing real-world software interactions, we can identify friction points and areas for potential interface improvements. Your participation directly informs how professional bookkeeping and accounting platforms evolve.

You will join a 60-minute remote video call with our research team to demonstrate your daily software routines. During the session, you will share your screen and walk us through your specific QuickBooks workflows step by step. We will ask you to explain your reasoning as you navigate complex tasks, generate reports, or reconcile data. The entire conversation focuses on your natural process and the specific challenges you encounter.

We are looking for experienced financial professionals, bookkeepers, and accounting power users who rely heavily on QuickBooks. You should have a deep understanding of the software and regularly execute complex workflows as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. We welcome freelance accountants, in-house finance managers, and agency bookkeepers who are comfortable demonstrating their screen live.
