General Consumers: Paid Interview on Digital Experiences

We're running a paid study on how people navigate everyday digital experiences. The goal is to understand common friction points and identify ways to make digital tools easier to use. Your feedback directly shapes improvements to user interfaces and overall product design.

You will join a remote, AI-moderated session from your computer or mobile device. During the interview, you will answer a series of questions and complete a few simple tasks. We will ask you to share your thoughts openly as you navigate the exercises. The session concludes with a brief discussion about your overall impressions and usability preferences.

We welcome everyday software users, digital consumers, and anyone who regularly uses online platforms. You do not need specialized technical skills to participate in this session. We are looking for individuals who can clearly articulate their thoughts and are comfortable providing honest feedback.

• Complete a series of guided digital tasks during a remote session

• Regular user of everyday web platforms and digital tools
• Comfortable speaking clearly during a remote, AI-moderated interview
• Ability to follow guided instructions and complete simple tasks on a device
• Willingness to share candid, constructive opinions

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
