Evaluate B2B Website & Form Experience

We are looking for participants to help us understand initial impressions and usability of a business-to-business (B2B) website and a digital form. Your candid feedback will be invaluable in improving the clarity and user experience of these digital tools, ultimately helping businesses connect with the solutions they need more effectively.

During this session, you will engage in a two-part activity. First, you'll be asked to explore the homepage of a company's website. We want you to get a general sense of what the company offers and how it presents its services. Your spontaneous reactions and thoughts as you navigate will be key to this part of the study.

Next, you will review a static image of a digital form. You won't be filling out a live form, but rather examining its layout, content, and overall design. We'll ask you a few questions about your perceptions, how it makes you feel, and any improvements you might suggest. Throughout both parts of the session, we encourage you to 'think aloud' and share your real-time observations and feelings.

Your insights are crucial for us to identify areas of strength and opportunities for enhancement in B2B digital interfaces. This is a chance to contribute directly to better product design and user satisfaction for businesses interacting with online solutions.

• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
