Recent LASIK Patients: Written Interview on Recovery Experience

We're running a paid study on the patient journey through LASIK vision correction. Help us evaluate how individuals navigate the recovery period, manage post-operative symptoms, and measure their ultimate outcomes. This research feeds into a broader understanding of elective refractive surgery directly from the patient perspective.

You will participate in a brief, remote written interview focused on your surgical timeline. Expect to answer structured questions detailing your immediate post-op symptoms, long-term recovery, and overall satisfaction with the procedure. You will also be asked to describe any unexpected challenges or side effects you encountered along the way. All responses will be collected asynchronously via text.

We welcome individuals who have personally undergone LASIK or similar laser eye surgery. Ideal candidates can clearly recall their preparation, immediate recovery phase, and eventual visual results. We welcome patients who had standard LASIK, PRK, SMILE, and other related refractive procedures.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
