Bilingual Readers: Spanish Translation Review

We're running a paid study on the accuracy of automated book translations from English to Spanish. We need to manually verify specific passages that our system flagged as potentially questionable. This review process helps us ensure the final Spanish manuscript reads naturally and captures the original intent.

You will receive two PDF documents containing the English original and the Spanish translation of a book. Throughout both texts, specific lines are highlighted in yellow for your attention. Your task is to compare these specific flagged sections across both documents. You will then provide direct feedback on whether the Spanish translation accurately and naturally reflects the English source material.

We are looking for highly proficient bilingual readers who are fluent in both English and Spanish. Ideal candidates have a strong eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of natural sentence structure in Spanish. We welcome professional translators, language teachers, bilingual proofreaders, and avid readers with native-level fluency.

• Review specific highlighted passages in an English and a Spanish PDF
• Compare the flagged Spanish text against the original English source
• Evaluate the translation for accuracy, natural flow, and correct context
• Submit feedback on the questionable spots identified by our system
