We're running a paid study on the operational realities of managing employee access and system permissions at scale. As organizations grow, controlling data access and maintaining secure internal tools becomes increasingly complex. This research aims to understand the daily friction points administrators face when provisioning and governing user privileges.

During this remote video interview, you will walk us through your typical process for handling internal system permissions. We will ask you to describe how your team governs data access across various workplace tools and technical platforms. You will also share recent examples of resolving access requests or permission disputes. The session concludes with a brief discussion on where current administrative tools fall short.

We welcome systems administrators, IT managers, and technical operations specialists who manage internal platforms at mid-sized or large organizations. Candidates should have hands-on experience provisioning access, configuring data controls, or governing workplace tools. We are especially interested in professionals who handle cross-departmental permission requests on a regular basis.
