Canadian Financial Advisors: Interview on Client Management

We're running a paid study on the operational tools and client management platforms used in independent financial practices. Understanding these workflows helps identify gaps in current wealth management software. Your experience will highlight how independent professionals navigate day-to-day portfolio management.

You will participate in a remote, AI-moderated voice interview. During the session, you will describe your current advisory role and the specific software tools you rely on. We will ask you to walk through your typical process for onboarding clients and managing their investments. The conversation will focus on your firsthand experience running an independent practice.

We are looking for independent financial and investment advisors based in Canada. We welcome wealth managers, independent brokers, portfolio managers, and registered investment advisors. You should have active experience managing client portfolios and navigating advisory platforms.

• Detail your current role as an independent advisor
• Walk us through the software platforms you use for portfolio management
• Explain your workflow for client onboarding and daily operations
• Provide feedback on the tools available for independent wealth management

• Based in Canada
• Currently working as an independent financial or investment advisor
• Hands-on experience managing client portfolios
• Comfortable discussing your day-to-day practice operations in an AI-moderated interview

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
