Consumers: Feedback on Small Business Storefronts
You'll start with a short screening interview
We are running a paid study on how people perceive and interact with small business storefronts. Understanding first impressions helps us identify what makes a storefront inviting and easy to navigate.
You will join a remote, AI-moderated interview to look at several small business storefront concepts. We will ask you to navigate the layouts and describe your immediate reactions to the visual design. You will then answer a few questions about how easily you could find key information. The entire session takes place online through your web browser.
We are looking for everyday consumers who regularly shop at or visit small businesses. You should be comfortable speaking clearly about your preferences and articulating why certain designs appeal to you. We welcome anyone with a keen eye for simple, effective layouts.
