Everyday Consumers: Feedback on Digital Task Workflows
You'll start with a short screening interview
We're running a paid study on how people navigate standard digital interfaces. The goal is to evaluate overall usability and identify areas where common tasks cause unnecessary friction. Your insights will directly influence how we structure these everyday workflows moving forward.
During this remote session, you will walk through a series of simple tasks on your personal device. We will ask you to share your screen and narrate your thought process as you navigate the interface. You will answer a few straightforward questions about your experience and point out anything that feels confusing or counterintuitive. Finally, you will have the opportunity to share open feedback about what could be improved.
We welcome everyday internet users who are comfortable navigating digital platforms and sharing their honest opinions. You do not need specialized technical experience, but you should be familiar with completing standard tasks online independently. We welcome participants from diverse professional backgrounds, including students, freelancers, and full-time employees.
