US ENTs: Survey on Patient Care Pathways

We're running a paid study on the day-to-day management of patient care pathways in specialized medicine. Understanding how clinical workflows actually function helps improve healthcare systems and care coordination. Your feedback will directly inform how these clinical journeys are mapped and supported in practice.

You will complete an asynchronous, remote survey at your own pace. The task involves answering a mix of multiple-choice questions about your current practice workflows and patient management strategies. You will also provide detailed voice responses to elaborate on specific care pathway challenges. The entire process is designed to be straightforward and easily fit into a busy clinical schedule.

We are looking for practicing Otolaryngologists based in the United States. We welcome general ENTs as well as sub-specialists focusing on pediatric ENT, head and neck surgery, or neurotology. You should have hands-on experience managing complex patient care pathways in a clinical setting.

• Answer multiple-choice questions regarding your clinical workflows.
• Record short voice responses detailing how you handle specific patient care pathways.
• Describe your approach to managing specialized care transitions.

• Practicing Otolaryngologist (ENT) in the United States.
• Hands-on experience managing clinical patient care pathways.
• Comfortable recording voice responses for open-ended questions.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.

• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
